Coaching at the Coalface: Creating Successful, High Performing Teams

Pauline will conduct a practice focused workshop providing an overview of key insights into sociomapping from the recently completed Mars500 project in Moscow as well as covering the core principles of working successfully with remote teams.

Come and learn about Sociomapping, the new methodology for analysing and visualising complex relationships in data, and how this can be applied in practice. This methodology has been developed by psychologists initially within the aerospace and military contexts to support the success of teams working together on high pressure, high stakes missions. Pauline will also show how rigorously developed tools are now being used by management and professional teams in a wide range of organisations to create successful high performing teams.
