Pauline Willis will be presenting this practice focused workshop which will provide an overview of key insights from the recently completed Mars500 project in Moscow as well as covering the core principles of working successfully with remote teams using the innovative Sociomapping suite of tools.
Sociomapping is a new methodology for analysing and visualising complex relationships in data. Developed by psychologists initially within the aerospace and military contexts to support the success of teams working together on high pressure, high stakes missions, the tools are now being used by management and professional teams in a wide range of organisations. A practical model will be presented for coaches and psychologists to work together alongside leaders to deliver success with remote teams.
